Example: We collect the school names and chapter codes from National FFA. This information is used to identify chapters in the state of North Carolina.

Safeguarding applicant information is important to us. We use systems, policies, and procedures to maintain the accuracy of customer information and to protect it from loss, misuse, or alteration. Applicant information is accessible by appropriate personnel who have a business need for the information. We provide training and communication programs to educate our personnel about the meaning and requirements of this privacy statement and the information we obtain.

Sharing Information with the State of North Carolina and its Agencies:
We may share the information we collect about present and former applicants within any agency related to the state of North Carolina. This sharing of information is limited. Shared information includes identifying information and information we get from our dealings with you and the relationship you have with us.

Sharing Information with Unrelated Companies:
We do not share your information that we collect with unrelated companies.

Special Note:
We share information with law enforcement and its agencies when requested.
