Megan Amend

Megan Amend is a proud 2019 graduate of Heritage High School in Wake County, North Carolina. She is currently a freshman at NC State University pursuing a degree in Agricultural Education.

Megan has been an active FFA member all 4 years of high school and began her service as a chapter officer in 10th grade. She has competed in a variety of CDEs during her time as a member of the Heritage FFA chapter and served as a chapter officer for 3 years.

Outside of the blue jacket, you can find Megan petting multiple dogs, doing yoga, and making new friends. She also enjoys cheerleading, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.

Megan looks forward to making personal connections with FFA members across the state and allowing them to realize their full potential. She is excited to serve the NC FFA Association and hopes that she can have an impact on FFA members, just as past state officers have had on her.
