Alumni West Region Feature

This week we are excited to feature two local North Carolina FFA Alumni chapters!

The Pisgah FFA Chapter attended the 2021 North Carolina State Fair, courtesy of the Pisgah FFA Alumni. FFA members were able to participate in cattle, goat, and pig shows, and many Pisgah FFA members succeeded in their events! 

The Bandys FFA Alumni annually sponsors the Bandy High School Hunter Safety Team, banquets, and football tailgates. Many alumni members also help coach and maintain Bandys FFA CDE teams through hands-on learning and practice events.  

FFA Alumni and Supporters are able to give back through time, talent, and resources that allow students to gain experience outside of the classroom. These two alumni chapters are great examples of educators, alumni members, and students working together to advance the missions of FFA and agricultural education.
