2017 Camping Registration Information

Below are the dates for camp registration and some general reminders about the camping program. Please review this information carefully.

Camp fees will remain at $225 per camper. The deposit to reserve your spots will also remain at $50 per camper and is non-refundable.

NCATA dues must be paid by Monday, April 3, 2017 in order to be eligible for early registration.

Chapters with 100% NCATA membership may register on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 3:00pm.

Chapters with <100% NCATA membership must register on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 3:00pm.

Deposits will be due in the state office within 5 business days of the date you register in order to confirm your reservation. Just a reminder, invoices are not automatically sent for deposits. If you need an invoice, you will need to email megan_blanke@ncsu.edu to request one. You can also send your deposit checks in advance of the online registration if you wish to ensure it arrives on time by mail.

Camp Schedule: 
There is no Mini-Week this year.
Week 1: June 12-16
Week 2: June 26-30
Week 3: July 10-14
Week 4: July 17-21
Week 5: July 24-28
Week 6: August 7-11

SLC will be July 31-August 4 and will have a separate registration date. More details to follow.

Reminder:
If you plan to bring male and female campers, you must have both a male chaperone/advisor and a female chaperone/advisor that will sleep in the cabins/dorms with the campers. A chaperone is defined as a school/LEA-approved adult at least 19 years of age that has been out of high school for at least one year and is capable of maintaining discipline and making mature emergency decisions.
