The North Carolina FFA State Convention is an annual event that gathers thousands of FFA members, advisors, and supporters to celebrate the achievements of future agricultural leaders and to inspire continued growth and learning. All students, advisors, and guests should be registered as general convention attendees in Judging Card. Students advancing from regional competitions MUST be registered for the state competition by advisors.
Registration is $30 for each participant; this includes advisors, students, and guests. Parents of members may attend any one session for free, but are required to pay the full registration fee if they wish to attend more than one session.
Registration for state convention is submitted through the chapter level. If you have questions about attending the state convention, reach out to your agriculture teacher!

Service Projects
Each year the Alumni hosts various service projects. Past projects have included a canned food drive which has provided over 2,000 pounds of food to the Raleigh Food Bank.
Silent Auction
Each year at the state convention the NC FFA Alumni & Supporters is looking for student-made projects to be submitted for the silent auction.
The Career Show & Expo is open on the Tuesday and Wednesday of state convention. The Career Show & Expo will be filled with colleges, universities, and agricultural-related businesses and organizations.
NC Teach Ag hosts the Teacher Recruitment and Exploration Event (TREE) for all FFA members who are self-tagged or tagged by their agriculture teacher to consider teaching agriculture as a profession.
