The state deadline for membership each year is March 1. If this date falls on a weekend, the state deadline will be the following Monday. By March 1 of each year, rosters should be submitted to State in ffa.org as well as dues payments received in the state office.
To be eligible for the affiliate/flat-fee/100% incentives, the following must be completed:
- roster submitted to State in ffa.org by March 1
- dues payment received in the state office (not postmarked) by March 1
- class PowerSchool lists emailed to ncffaregistration@ncsu.edu by March 1 - this step is required so we can confirm your chapter is at 100% membership
The affiliate/flat-fee/100% incentives* include:
- one free camp registration ($250 value)
- one free State Officer visit ($75 value)
- free CDE registrations prior to State Convention ($10 per student per CDE); this does not include meal costs
*Incentives are earned annually and must be redeemed the same membership year. Incentives cannot be carried over or applied to a different membership year.
Per the Official Policies of the North Carolina FFA Association, in order to be eligible for early camp registration, the following must be completed:
- roster submitted to State in ffa.org by March 1
- dues payment received in the state office (not postmarked) by March 1
- NCATA dues paid by all (100%) of the teachers in the program by the NCATA deadline of October 31.
