State Convention Registration Memo
Please visit judgingcard.com to register for state convention. Waivers should be completed for every student attending convention on theaet.com. All students, advisors and guests should be registered as a general convention attendee in Judging Card. Students participating in the delegate process, competitive events, or career success tours should also be registered in their respective areas. This means student names may be entered multiple times in the registration process.
Students advancing from regional competitions MUST be registered for the state competition by advisors. You must register these students to attend the convention and you will register them to participate in their respective competitions.
Registration is $30 for each participant; this includes advisors, students, and guests. Parents of members may attend any one session for free; but are required to pay the full registration fee if they wish to attend more than one session. Registrations are non-refundable once the registration form has been submitted.
Please have your hotel accommodations booked prior to registering for state convention. We must collect this information to assist the Raleigh Convention & Visitors Bureau in determining our economic impact. This information will be collected in judgingcard.com.
The deadline to register for convention CDEs/LDEs is Monday, June 3. After June 1, no CDE/LDE registrations will be allowed, but all-access passes may still be purchased for $35. If you would still like to register your chapter to attend the state convention after the June 3 deadline, please email Brooke Francher. Printed programs and materials are only guaranteed for those registered by June 3.
You will receive an invoice for convention fees after online registration is closed on June 3, 2024.

Parking information will also be collected in registration. Please complete all of that section in judgingcard.com so that parking can be provided to you. Buses will have assigned lots this year, and that information will be shared after registration closes. In addition, a parking map is included for personal vehicle parking. You must complete the parking information section of the registration form in order to receive information about bus parking.

Teacher Recruitment and Exploration Event (TREE)
NC Teach Ag will again be hosting our Teacher Recruitment and Exploration Event (TREE) for all FFA members who are self-tagged or tagged by their agriculture teacher to consider teaching agriculture as a profession. TREE will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 3:00-4:30 PM in the Raleigh Convention Center. We will provide FFA members with a t-shirt, refreshments, and other promotional materials for teaching agriculture in NC. Agriculture teachers are best positioned to encourage prospective future teachers. Please consider tagging your FFA members to be future agriculture teachers using this link.
